I recently held a class on the above topic. So what are the Three P's of Listings?

 Prospect 
 Present 
 Perform 

Participants learned who to prospect, how to prospect, what to prospect, when to prospect. Followed up with - now that you have an appointment, whats next? Making a listing presentation!
