Do you use Presentations?

Image
I have been in real estate now for over 25 years and I still use a  presentation for both Sellers and Buyers.  How those presentations are done though have changed through the years.  When I first started in real estate, I used a listing presentation book.  In this book it had my bio, my awards, etc.  printouts from the MLS of all the comparable homes. The presentations ranged from a 3 ring binder to a large portfolio. from a laptop   and now my favorite the IPAD!! I now use the IPAD for both Sellers and Buyers presentations.  It is easy to switch out data, pictures etc.  I can email the presentation afterward to the client.  I also upload the presentations to youtube as well as slideshare to share with out of state clients. What are you using for presentations?
