APP OF THE DAY - Evernote

Evernote is a MUST have app for the IPAD and you can access it as well on your PC.

Evernote can search within PDF files, and uses OCR to search text in images, just about anything you can get into Evernote from your computer, cell phone as text, or cell camera is searchable later.

Below are some screen shots of Evernote APP for IPAD

The screenshot above shows in my IPAD the view of all of my NOTEBOOKS

When opened as the screenshot above shows you will have the list of notes in the notebook on the left side of the screen and on the right side the note itself- with the IPAD app you can add pictures directly to a note, select from camera roll, add audio and use your webcam.

What can you do with Evernote?

1. Email notes right out of Evernote to anyone.
2. Take photos of plats, courthouse documents, etc. and send to Evernote from the field.
3. Document new home construction progress with pic/text messages to special Evernote address.
4. As you move around the Web, clip images, pieces of text, or entire pages to a note.
5. Instead of email drafts, unclutter email by working on developing items in a note, then email the note.
6. Using both the onboard software and the Web version, everything stays synced between them.
7. Share notes with others by sharing entire notebooks securely
8. Use email rules/filters to auto-send invoices from email to Evernote
9. Using filters/rules, have all emails mentioning buyer or seller names go to notes.
10. Using online faxing, you can have faxed PDF documents automatically forwarded into Evernote for storage and retrieval.
