Do you "Youtube"?

Its a fulltime job just keeping up with all the social media sites, what to post, when to post, track your results.
Now add to that VIDEO!  All the Real Estate techno agents are using video now instead of the old virtual  tour format.  Why video?  Well according to the Statistics on its page YOUTUBE has

So why wouldn't you want to be where the public is looking?

You can share it with your Facebook following, twitter, Google+, other social media venues, email lists, and put it on your website. All of these are excellent ways to utilize and share your video, but they are not the first thing you should do. Uploading your video to YouTube is the first step in any successful online video marketing campaign.

What will you need to get started with your first video?

1. a digital camera with video or cameras like a flipcam, bloggie are simple and easy
2. a tripod
3. set up a Youtube account (separate from your personal youtube)
4. set up a video marketing plan - when will you shoot, what will you shoot, etc

I typically shoot my videos on a Thursday and post for the weekend. I shoot area scenes and I have named my series - Out and about Myrtle Beach.
I also use a program to make videos from my still pics on all of my listings that I can then download the file and upload to my youtube channel.
Check out some of my video here at Out and About - this was my first video and look over 1900 views!!! Be sure to click on the subscribe button to be notified of my new videos.

Have fun and make a video!!!
